Last week I wanted everyone to understand how the game of softball developed.
So I took some time and wrote an article which I thought everyone would enjoy because this is the game we play.
This week I would like to talk about a team that is tearing up the league. They beat the Mets, Empire and the Savages. Where did this team come from? I remember this team always playing short handed and wasn’t that good. Three straight years they were always in the bottom fighting for a playoff spot. This week on the Korner, I would like to talk about an incredible team that’s been sweeping the league by storm.
Yes I’m talking about them DUCKS.
There 6-0!!!
Let me repeat.
THE DUCKS ARE 6-0.
They ran through the Mets in the season opener.
They sweep Prince Empire and they sweep Hash and the defending Champs Savage. I haven’t seen this team played as of yet but, they’re kicking ass.
Let me talk about some of the Ducks. Nadeem Khan has 6 hits, 4 rbi and his average is .750. Matt Zicherman has 7 hits, 4 rbi and his average is .636. Siddique Faroogi has an era of 1.167.
Are those great numbers for a team that is 6-0 and would have been 8-0 if it wasn’t for a rain out against the awful Troopers team.
Is it because there defense is that good ?
Ducks defense must be great because those number are horrible for 6 games. I know the reason why these guys numbers are so low. It’s this awful website that’s never up to date. I’m pretty sure a team that’s 6-0 has better numbers but, I’ll called it like I see it. Great job on the 6-0 start Ducks.
Keep it up and you won’t get knocked out the first round like last year!
