Are you ready?! Welcome BACK to the best softball league in Long Island – SASL! The season is ready to go and this might be our most COMPETITIVE season ever!!
Our core mission is to bring our community together every Sunday morning and provide a fun atmosphere to play competitive softball. Whether you are playing with friends, co-workers, family, or want to join the league by yourself, we have something to offer everyone!
Opening Day 2020 is slated to start on JULY 12th. We will follow all county/state guidelines to ensure everyone stays safe while enjoying their Sunday morning softball!
2020 season:
For the 2020 season, we will have 1 division of 12 teams. By the looks of the rosters, the parity created by the 56 point cap system will be unbelievable. It will truly be “ANY GIVEN SUNDAY”. Here are the 12 teams and their captains:

August 2,9,16,23,30
Sept 13,20,27 (6th off for Labor Day)
1st round: Oct 4
Semifinals: Oct 11 (Columbus Day)
Finals: Oct 18
Games start at either 8:30 am or 11 am. 2 games each Sunday.
