Season Standings: 

  1. 13-04  – Outlaws

  • The league expanded as two new teams joined the league, Deenz List, and Mosquitoes.
  • Haseeb Ahmed took a pick up game that was going on in Herricks, created two teams, and joined the league. 

In the playoffs, Dynasty defeated the HitMen in a crushing double play to end the series. Mosquitos almost pulled out a huge upset against Deenz List as they were up by 1 run in the top of the 7th but lost. Shock defeated Dynasty, Outlaws then took care of Deenz List in a game that created the minimum at-bat rule. In the finals were two family rivals facing each other for the SASL title, Outlaws dropped game one but weren’t to be denied as they clawed back to win game 2 and more of the same winning game 3 in extra innings with Nooridin bringing in the winning run.  The league also had its first All-Star Game and BBQ at Bethpage state park.
